What to write about
- Something out of date. A fee, parking rule, reservation requirement or pickup location that has changed. Tell me the page and, if you can, link the official source. I check it and update the guide, and the page’s “Last updated” date changes with it.
- A business listed wrongly. If you run a rental company or attraction and something we say about you is wrong, send me the correct detail and where it is published.
- Writers and other sites. If you cover Hawaii travel and want to check a fact or point readers to a guide, write to me here.
What I can’t help with
Island Car Guide isn’t a rental company or a booking site, so I can’t change or cancel a reservation. For a booking, contact the company or the site you booked through. If you’re still planning, start with Maui, Oahu, Kauai or the Big Island.
